This does not apply to Live2D models.For your commission request, you’ll need a reference picture. Written descriptions are not allowed! If you don’t already have one you can commission me for the character design.I own the right to decline any commission requests if I feel unable to fulfill it.Please do not copy/steal/trace/claim the design as your own.Adopts can only be put on hold for 48hr max.Once you buy the adopts they cannot be refunded!You will receive the original size of the adopt ONLY after paying.Please make sure to always credit me for the design if posted anywhere.I am allowed to post the adopts on social media or use them as samples.You are allowed to use the bought adopt as profile decorations/profile pictures.Payment InformationI accept only Boosty and US Dollar (USD).Payment should be done as a whole or 50% upfront and 50% after approving the sketch.I’ll start working on the commission as soon as I receive the payment.Cancellation and refund are only possible BEFORE I start working on the commission.Payments and Bidding (Auction)Boosty only.Only bid if you're 100% certain you're going to pay and have the money.Payment has to be done within 24hr after receiving the note/reply.If there are multiple AB's only the highest AB wins the auction!Snipe guard last bid gets extended by 2 hours if its sniped.Withdrawing or hiding the bid/comment will result in temporary to permanent blacklisting.Do not bid on my adopts if your account isn't at least a few months old.

* Extra costs can be added only if there are commissioned art.Character & Design EditingThe name, personality, gender, companion etc; will all be up to you.Adopts can have as many extra outfits as they like.Please do not ask me the for the .sai or .psd files of the adopts for edits. (this does not apply to live2d models)You are allowed to turn my adopts (without a species) into any original species.You will be asked to pay extra fees if you request me to change color schemes of the adopt.If you want me to do great changes to the adopt or want me to add a companion you will be charged extraDelivery period and deadlinesFinishing the commission depends on your spot in the waiting list and the complexity of the commission, usually between 1 month to 5 months. If your commission wasn’t started within 2 months you can ask for a refund.If the request is urgent there will be an additional fee (40% of the total price).Live2D modelsUpon purchase of a Live2D model the commercial rights are already included (commercial fee is already part of the price) and all the profit earned belongs to you.You are not allowed to re-sell the Live2D model or art as merchandise without it being discussed with me beforehand.Do not claim this art as yours and please credit me (e.g. Twitter: @panda7art).OtherDuring working on the commission and upon showing this progress to you, you are allowed to ask for changes and I’ll do them/correct them for you. After receiving the finished product, you are not allowed to issue a refund.I own the rights to post the finished commission on my social media/portfolio. If you want the commission to be private please let me know beforehand.If you don’t follow the guidelines, I have the right to decline any further requests.
